1. Professional Wellness Environment

Blue Dream Massage Spa is a licensed, professional wellness establishment.
All services are strictly non-sexual.
Any suggestion, request, or implication of inappropriate or illegal activity will result in:

  • Immediate termination of the session

  • Permanent refusal of service

  • Potential notification to authorities if needed

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct.

2. Client Conduct Expectations

To keep our environment safe, peaceful, and respectful, clients are required to:

  • Treat all therapists and staff respectfully

  • Speak using appropriate, non-offensive language

  • Follow draping rules at all times

  • Respect all professional and physical boundaries

  • Refrain from touching staff in a nonprofessional way

  • Arrive free of drugs or alcohol

  • Follow posted guidelines and therapist instructions

Violations result in immediate service termination with no refund.

3. Therapist Rights & Safety

Our therapists have the right to:

  • End a session if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe

  • Enforce proper draping and professional boundaries

  • Decline any inappropriate, unsafe, or nonstandard request

  • Request management support immediately

  • Refuse service to anyone who violates policies

Therapist well-being and safety are top priorities.

4. Service Boundaries

Blue Dream Massage Spa offers relaxation, wellness, and non-medical bodywork only.

We do not provide:

  • Medical treatments

  • Diagnoses or therapeutic prescriptions

  • Chiropractic adjustments

  • Sexual services whatsoever

We adhere strictly to ethical and lawful practice standards.

5. Appointment Etiquette

Clients agree to:

  • Arrive on time

  • Communicate pressure and comfort needs politely

  • Inform the therapist of allergies or sensitivities

  • Maintain proper hygiene for the comfort of staff

  • Respect the calm, quiet environment of the spa

These guidelines ensure a peaceful experience for all.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse or discontinue service to any individual who:

  • Behaves inappropriately

  • Attempts to solicit sexual or unlawful services

  • Appears intoxicated

  • Creates a threatening or unsafe environment

  • Violates boundaries or draping rules

This policy is enforced immediately and without exception.

7. Compliance & Integrity

Blue Dream Massage Spa operates in full compliance with Florida law and follows industry-standard ethical practices.
We are committed to a responsible, safe, and transparent environment for clients and staff.

8. Agreement of Terms

By receiving services at Blue Dream Massage Spa, clients agree to follow this Code of Conduct & Service Policy.
